I’d highly recommend anyone to work with Pete. After stating the house search out of state, Pete kept us in the loop of the market and was always ready to go see houses on our behalf. Once arriving in the Bay Area, he was happy to take us around the various areas as our priorities changed. Even if it wasn’t an area of his expertise, he had enough connections to connect us with other realtors® or do some digging with realtors® in that area. He advocated strongly for us as buyers and provided invaluable insight to the market and the real estate game. Couldn’t have found my next home in this crazy market without Pete!
